Sending scheduled reports

You can set up the system to automatically  generate reports and send them to an e-mail address on a schedule.

The report is built according to pre-set parameters (see Edytowanie i tworzenie nowych raportów). If the interval and filters are not configured, the report is built for the current day without any filters. To report on vehicles in the parking lot (see Raporty o pojazdach na parkingu), you must first configure filters, otherwise the report will not be sent.

To configure the schedule, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the report.
   
2. Click .
3. Enter the email address to send reports to (1). Only one address is allowed.
   
4. Select the days when you want to send reports (2).
5. Set the time at which the reports will be sent (3).
6. Click Apply.

The report schedule has been set up. To delete it,  click the Unsubscribe button. To save the new schedule, click the Apply button again.
