One can create reports by POS operators that gave one or another status to POS events.This report shows which operators assigned which statuses to the POS events. To generate a report by operator, do the following:

  • In order to generate a report by POS operator, the POS-terminal object should be setup and configured in the Axxon PSIM (see The POS-terminal object setup).

In order to display a report by POS operator do the following:

  1. Select Select the Report by operator in one way (see Selecting a type of general POS report section).
  2. Select the POS operators by which whom it is necessary to display generate a report by setting the corresponding checkboxes checked in the Operators list (1).

    In order to set checkboxes checked in every item of the list click All, to set all checkboxes unchecked click None (2).

    Click All to select all operators from the list. Click None to deselect. Click Show all to expand the operators structure. Click Hide all to hide the operators structure.
  3. From the Event filters drop-down list (2), select an event filter that should be used to generate the report. If All is selected, then event filters are not considered and the Specify a group of those events that should be displayed in a report (3). If All is selected then filter of events is not considered and report is created by all events.
  4. Specify the period in the following way:From the Period: dropFrom the Receiving data period drop-down list (3), select the time period for which the report is to should be created (4). If the User defined period If the Custom period is selected, enter the date of start and end periods for which the report is to should be created in the the from and to fields using the Calendar tool tool. Click the the Image Modified button near the corresponding field to use the Calendar tool.
  5. If the User defined 2 period is selected, enter additionally the time of start and end periods for which the report is to be created using the Image Removed button.
    If another period type is selected, specifying the date of start and end periods is not needed.
  6. Specify a group of statuses From the Status group drop-down list (4), select the status group of those events that should be displayed in a the report (5). If All is selected then , the report will include all POS events are displayed regardless of their status.
  7. Click the Execute button (65).

As a result a general table of by-operator events (according to the parameters) is displayed. In the Total column the total amount of events is displayed by their type. In the column called by POS operator name the amount of events processed by this operator (changed a status) is displayed by their type.

In order to save a general summary report by POS operators operator in.xls format, click the Save button.
