The Report by employee passes displays displays all interactions between the selected employee and the selected passage pointsreaders.  The The report allows you to track the movement of the selected employee within a specified zonea specified zone.

To create the Report by employee passes, do the following:

generate the report, select the Report by employee passes

...

from the list of Access Manager reports (see Selecting the type of Access Manager report)

...

and specify the report parameters in the opened form.

  1. In the Readers field (1), set the checkboxes for those access points, the information on which should be displayed in the report.

    This field displays only the access points which are added to any access level in the Access Manager module (see Creating access levels).

    For the rs user, it is enough to create an access level with all access points. For other users, it is necessary to assign access levels in the Access Manager module (see Assigning access levels to a user).


  2. In the search field (2), enter the name of the access point. Click All (3) to select all found access points, click None (4) to deselect. If the search field is empty, click All to select all possible access points.
  3. Click Hide all (5) to hide the access points structure. Click Show all (6) to expand the access point structure.

  6. Set the Show only last pass check box checkbox (49) if it is necessary to show only the last pass of employees.
  7. Set the Show only first pass check box checkbox (510) if it is necessary to show only the first pass of employees.In the Departments/users field (6) set checkboxes for the departments and employees, the information on which should be displayed in the reportfirst pass of employees.

  9. If the Custom 2 period is selected, enter additionally the time of start and end periods for which the report is to be created using the Image Removed button.
  10. If this report is setup to be auto-generated on the schedule (see Auto-generated reports setup), then the Custom 3 period becomes available, which allows you to set the time interval from Yesterday (time) to Today (time) relative to the date of the report creation


  11. In the Departments/users field (12) set checkboxes for the departments and employees, the information on which should be displayed in the report.
  12. Enter in the search field (13) the full or partial first name and surname of the employee, click the Search button (14) to search for employees. Click the Clear search tree button (15) to clear the search results.

  13. Click All to select all found employees. Click None to deselect. If the search field is empty, when clicking All, you will need to enter more than 4 characters.

  14. Click Hide all to hide the department structure. Click Show all to expand the department structure.

  15. To create a report, click click the Execute  button (816). As a result, the report with the specified parameters is displayed.
