- Sign in to JIRA.
- Select a suitable topic from the list below the search bar. If there is no matching topic, click Create a request if the topic is not in the list.
- Summary – shortly describe you question.
- Country – select the country you are in.
- Phone number – enter your contact phone number.
- Product – select the software you are using.
- Description – describe your question in detail.
- Attachment – click the Browse button, select a screenshot or other file you want to attach (up to 3 files, maximum file size 150 MB).
- Colleagues – if necessary, add people who have an account at https://support.axxonsoft.com to the request.
- Click Create.
