The automatic connection to a failover node is configured by connecting to a single Server of the failover system cluster. To add a node to AutoStart automatic connection, do as follows:
Specify the Connection timeout parameter (1), which determines how long one must wait for a successful connection before considering the attempt to be unsuccessful. The default timeout value is 60 seconds, the maximum value is 5 minutes. When using this setting, automatic connection will attempt to connect immediately. If the connection fails, the Server will wait for a user-specified period of time (timeout) and retry the connection.
- Specify the maximum number of automatic connection attempts after the specified timeout (2).

- Enter the IP address of any cluster Server (24) and click the >> button (35).
- Select from the list the node you want to add to AutoStart automatic connection (46).
- Click the Add button (57).
