The You can open the Search access level window can be opened while when searching for an access level (see the see Going to search for an access level section), when configuring a department configuring (see the Add department section(see Adding and deleting a department), when searching for a department (see the Working with the Search for department window section), or while when configuring a user configuring (see the Assigning access levels to a user section).

Working with the Search access level window is performed as follows:

  1. Enter To search by the name, enter the name of the required access level or part of the name in the Name field if it's required (1). The search starts with the first character.
  2. Enter To search by the ID, enter the identification number of the required access level in the ID field if it's required (2).
  3. Select To search by the folder in which the access level is located in , select the folder from the Folder drop-down list if it's required (3). You can also use the search by clicking the Image Added button (4) to the right of this list.
  4. You can find the access level by the access point that belongs to it:
    1.  Click the Image Added button (5)
    If it's required set the list of access points which the required access levels should contain:
    1.  Click the Image Removed button. The Search access point window will be openedopen.

    2. Select type of the required access point from the Type drop-down list if it's required (1).
    3. Select the location of the access point from the Area value from the Area drop-down list (2) to search for an access point by area.
    4. Select the value from the Region drop-down list if it's required (2)3) to search for an access point by region.
    5. Select the location of the access point from the Region value from the Exit region drop-down list (4) to search for an access point by exit region.
    6. Select the value from the Entry region drop-down list if it's required (3)5) to search for an access point by entry region.
    7. Specify Enter the name of the access point or its part in the the Name field if it's required (4)6) to search for an access point by its name.Specify
    8. Enter the identification number ID of the required access point in the ID field if it's required (5)7) to search for an access point by its ID.
    9. The search will be performed automatically, and the To search for access points that meet the specified parameters, press the Enter key on the keyboard. The list of search results will be displayed below (68).
    10. Double-click on the required access point in the list (68).

  5. If it's required to To remove access levels not associated to with any access points from the search results, set the the Remove empty checkbox (5)6).
  6. Press the Enter key on the keyboard.
  7. Results of the access levels search will be displayed in the list (67). Search The search is case - insensitive. All objects, the corresponding fields of which contain the specified values will be found.

To sort the search results, left-click the left mouse button on title header of corresponding column.

While double click on When double-clicking an access level, the Search access level window will be closed and the corresponding access level will be selected in the list in the the Access levels tab, or will be added to a department or a user.

Search for an access level is completed.
