You can hide these buttons. To do this:

1. In the System window, go Go to the Users tab in the System settings dialog box.
   
2. In the object tree located below the User permissions button, click on the object with the Operator permissions that you want to change.
   The User permissions object settings panel will be displayed in the right part of the window.
3. Clear the Allow printing and saving of archive files checkbox.
4. Click the Apply button.
