By default, the Operator is allowed to export archive files and frames video recordings and print out video frames from the archive, as well as to print frames.send video archive frames for printing using the camera menu in the Surveillance window (Export section).

You can forbid Forbid export or printout as follows:

1. Go to the Users tab in the System settings dialog box (1).
   
2. In the object tree located under below the User permissions button in the Users tab, select the same-name object corresponding to the Operator access permissions which should be changed , click on the object with the Operator permissions that you want to change (2).
   The settings panel of the User permissions object will display on settings panel will be displayed in the right part of the System settings dialog box.window

Export and printout permissions are now set.
