To configure this action, do as followsthe following:

  1. Configure the conditions to start a macro (see Configuring filters for event-driven macrosstart conditions).
  2. Select a camera or a group of cameras to check if there is a record in the archive (1).

    Note
    titleAttention!

    If the start of the macro was triggered by the activation of an event from an input or output (see Configuring start conditions for event-driven macros) that is not connected to any camera, you need to select a specific camera here. If you select a group of cameras or a camera that triggered initiated the command, the action will not doesn't start.


  3. Select an archive where you want to check if recorded video is available (2). If you leave the field empty, all recorded video in this camera archives will be checked.
  4. Specify the depth of check (3). The check time period covers: [the time of the action start - (minus) the depth of the check; start time of the action].
  5. Select an action if the archive record for the specified period is found (4).
  6. Select an action if the archive records for the specified period are not found (5).

If E-mail is notification is selected as a reactionan action, then the target cameras will be indicated in text of the message will contain cameras (if a group of cameras was selected), for which there are is no entries record in the archive for the specified period.

You can also use two special purpose templates in the message:

  • {failureRecordCheck}failed check of a record in an the archive (format: Server Name|Camera Name|Archive Name);
  • {successRecordCheck}successful check of a record in an the archive (format: Server Name|Camera Name|Archive Name).

Attention! For the correct execution of the macro, synchronize the time across all Servers within the Axxon-domain.
