The Axxon One Server server is started automatically when the operating system starts.
If the Server operation was stopped, perform one of the following actions to restart the Server:

Select Start server from the Start → All Programs → Axxon One menu or in the Axxon One Tray Tool utility (see Axxon One Tray Tool).

By default, the Axxon One Server start time is set to 120,000 ms. If the Server does not The default time to start the Axxon One server is 120000 ms. If the server fails to start within the set time, the a second forced attempt will be made to start the Serverserver is made.
You can use the NGP_SERVICE_START_TIMEOUT_MS system variable (see see Appendix 9. Creating system variable) to increase the Server server start time. The You must specify the value of the variable should be specified in millisecondsin milliseconds.
If the server operation is stopped, do one of the following actions to restart the server:
- Restart the system.
- Start the Axxon One server from the notification area Start server (see Tray Tool utility).
- Start the NGP Host Service.
