By default, the operator can remove video archive files.

To prohibit the operator from removing video archive files (from the video server, Backup archive, Videogate, Edge storage)To allow the Operator to remove archive (both main and active) video files, do the following:

1. Go In the System settings window, go to the Users tab in the System Settings dialog box (1).
2. In the objects object tree that is below the User permissions button in the Users tab, select an object with the same name as the permissions to be changed (2)in the lower left part of the screen, select the User permissions object (2) corresponding to the operator access permissions that you want to change.
   The settings panel for of the User permissions object is displayed in  object opens on the right part of the System Settings dialog box.

3. To
allow the Operator to remove video
4. prohibit the operator from removing video archive files,
set the
5. clear the Allow removing video archive files checkbox (3).
If the Operator is not allowed to remove video archive files, leave this checkbox clear
6. 
   Repeat this step for each required type of video archive.
7. To save the changes in Axxon PSIM, click the Apply button (4).

The Operator now can remove video archive files.

Prohibition on removing video archive files is complete.
