By default, the operator can remove delete video archive files.

To prohibit the operator from removing deleting video archive files (from the video server, Backup backup archive, Videogatevideogate, Edge edge storage), do the following:

  1. In the System settings window, go to the Users tab (1).
  2. In the object tree in the lower left part of the screen, select the User permissions object (2) object corresponding to the operator access permissions that you want to change.

  3. To prohibit the operator from removing video deleting video archive files, clear the Allow removing video archive the Allow to delete files checkbox (3).
    Repeat this step for each required type of video archive.
  4. To save the changes in Axxon PSIM, click the Apply button (4).

You can remove delete video files in one of the following ways:

  2. Using the ARCH_DEL_RECORD reaction of the CAM object that is executed using the script or program—see see the CAM Camera section, Guide for creating scripts (programming).
