If you use the ONVIF Server module, you can configure user authorization when connecting to it.

There are four types of permissions rights in the ONVIF specification: Administrator, Operator, User,and Anonymous user (a blank line in the ONVIF drop-down list). Users with the Anonymous user permissions rights can get data via the ONVIF server without authentication. For the other three types, you must configure the correspondence between user permissions rights in Axxon PSIM and user permissions rights in the specification of the ONVIF protocol.

To configure the Axxon PSIM permissions rights to work with the ONVIF server, do the following:

  1. Go to the settings panel of the User permissionsrights object.
  2. From the ONVIF drop-down list (1), select the type of permissions rights corresponding to the user permissions in rights in Axxon PSIM.
