To create the Incident manager object, do the following:

  1. Go to the Select the Interfaces tab (1) in the System settings dialog window.

  2. Open In the context menu of the the Display object, on the basis of which you want to create the object. In the Create object submenu, select , select the Incident manager item (2) in the Create object submenu.
  3. Enter the number and name of the created object you want to create.

  4. Click the Apply button.

A separate log file is also automatically created for each Incident manager object in the Modules64 folder located at the path C:\Program Files (x86)\Axxon PSIM.

The Incident incident manager configuration file in JSON format is automatically saved at the path C:\Users\%current username%AppDatausername%\AppData\Local\Temp\IncManager and in the folder of the Support.exe utility C:\Users\%current username%Documentsusername%\Documents\Support\ (for more details, see Collecting information about videoservers and remote workstations using the Support.exe utility).
