To create the Incident manager object, do the following:
- Go to the Interfaces tab (1) in the System settings dialog window.
- Open the context menu of the Display object on the basis of which you want to create the object. In the Create object submenu, select the Incident manager item (2).
- Enter the number and name of the object you want to create.
- Click the Apply button.
As a result, the settings panel of the Incident manager object is displayed.
Note
A separate log file is also automatically created for each Incident manager object in the Modules64 folder located at the path C:\Program Files (x86)\Axxon PSIM.
The Incident manager configuration file in JSON format is automatically saved at the path C:\Users\%current username%AppData\Local\Temp\IncManager and in the folder of the Support.exe utility C:\Users\%current username%Documents\Support\ (see Collecting information about videoservers and remote workstations using the Support.exe utility).
