To collect data using the Aby zgromadzić dane za pomocą narzędzia Support.exe utility, perform the following, wykonaj następujące kroki:

1. Launch the Uruchom narzędzie Support.exe utility (see the section (zobacz: Uruchamianie oraz zamykanie Narzędzia).

   

2. By default, a report includes data about already launched Axxon Next processes. To exclude this data from reports, deselect the checkbox (1).

3. Select the corresponding checkbox to include a backup copy of events database in reports (2).

4. By default, a report includes information about Windows security system. To exclude this data from reports, deselect the checkbox (3).

5. Select the corresponding checkbox to include a self-diagnostic service (see Usługa autodiagnostyki) information in reports (4).
6. Click the Next button (5).
   The data collection process will begin. The table that displays the progress of data collection includes two columns: Step and Status. In the Step column, a brief description of the stage of information collection is displayed. In the Status column, a progress indicator and the time spent on executing the stage are displayed.

7. When information collection is complete, click the Next button.

9. Domyślnie raport zawiera informacje na temat uruchomionych procesów Axxon Next. Aby wyłączyć te dane z raportu, odznacz pole wyboru (1).

10. Wybierz odpowiednie pole wyboru, aby załączyć kopię bazy danych zdarzeń do raportu (2).

11. Domyślnie raport zawiera informacje z dziennika zdarzeń systemu operacyjnego. Aby wyłączyć te informacje z raportu, odznacz odpowiednie pole wyboru (3).

12. Zaznacz odpowiednie pole wyboru, aby dołączyć informacje na temat usługi autodiagnostyki (zobacz: Usługa autodiagnostyki) w raporcie (4).
13. Naciśnij Dalej (5).
    Gromadzenie danych rozpocznie się. Tabela wyświetlająca postęp gromadzenia danych zawiera dwie kolumny: Krok oraz Status. W kolumnie Krok podawany jest krótki opis pozyskiwanych informacji. W kolumnie Status wyświetlany jest pasek postępu, a po zakończeniu danego kroku czas poświęcony nań.

14. Gdy gromadzenie informacje jest zakończone, naciśnij przycisk Dalej.

15. Otworzy się okno zawierające informacje na temat wygenerowanego archiwum: support_[data]_[czas].7z. Dostęp do folderu zawierającego archiwum można uzyskać poprzez naciśnięcie przycisku Otwórz katalog z plikiem.

    A window containing information about the generated archive support_[date]_[time].7z will then appear. You can access the folder containing this archive by clicking the Open directory with file button.

16. Send an email with the attached Prześlij plik support_[date]_[time].7z archive to the ITV technical support department do wsparcia technicznego AxxonSoft.
