The Event -triggered rules macros can be launched initiated not only by events of a particular type (see Configuring Filters for Event-driven Macros) see Configuring start conditions), but also by statistical parameters.

A macro can be initiated by the following parameters reaching pre-defined criteria:

  1. The percentage of used space in Archive.
  2. The percentage of used space on a volume.
  3. The percentage of used RAM on a Server.
  4. The percentage of used network bandwidth on a Server.
  5. The percentage of CPU load on a Server.

To set up triggering macros by statistics, do as follows:

To configure the start of the Event rules macros based on statistical data, do the following:

  1. In the Start conditions list, in the Statistics group, select the required event.

    Note
    titleAttention!
  54. The triggering conditions are set not for current but for future events. For instance
  55. Macro starts only when events that meet the start conditions occur in the future. For example, if the current CPU

  56. load
  57. usage is 85%, and you

  58. set
  59. specified the

  60. triggering condition to exceeding 80%
  61. macro to start when the threshold of 80% is exceeded, the macro

  62. will be launched
  63. starts only when the

  64. CPU load exceeds 80% value
  65. threshold of 80% is exceeded next time.

  66. If necessary, you can
  67. set
  68. specify several event and/or statistical
  69. conditions for triggering macros
  70. conditions to start a macro (see Configuring start conditions).
