You can update ACFA in the same way as regular installation (see Installing ACFA).

If you update ACFA to a version that has an integration module that is no longer supported, in place of ACFA version in which the module is still available, the unsupported integration module will be removed without the possibility of further use. Only the log files and tables in the database will remain from the removed integration module.
