By default, the Operator operator is allowed to export video recordings and print out video frames from the archive, as well as send video archive frames for printing using the Export item from the camera menu in the Surveillance window (Export section).

You can forbid export or printout as follows:

To limit the operator rights to export and print out the archive, do the following:

  1. In the System settings window, go to the Users tab Go to the Users tab in the System settings dialog box (1).

  2. In the object tree located below the User permissions button, click on the object with the Operator permissions in the lower left part of the screen, select theobject corresponding to the operator access rights that you want to change (2).
    The User permissions object settings panel will be displayed in the right part of the windowsettings panel of the User rights object opens on the right.
  3. To prevent the operator from exporting To forbid the Operator to export archive frames, clear the Allow frame export checkbox (3).
  4. To forbid the Operator to print prevent the operator from printing archive frames, clear the the Allow frame printout checkbox (4).
  5. To forbid the Operator to export archive clips, clear the prevent the operator from exporting videos from the archive, clear the Allow video clip export checkbox (5).
  6. To prevent the operator from remotely exporting videos from the archive, clear the Allow remote export checkbox (6).
  7. To prevent the operator from configuring hidden areas on videos, clear the Allow configuration of hidden areas on video image checkbox (7). 
  8. Click the Apply button (68).

Export and printout permissions are now setConfiguring rights to export and print out the archive is complete.
