Objects are hidden in the video image only for users who have the View masked video parameter disabled in the role settings (see Roles). |
To configure the Track masking detector, do the following:
- Create the required detector and specify its parameters (see Configuring detectors and their sub-detectors).
- Below the created detector, click Create… → Track masking.
By default, the detector is enabled and set to mask object tracks.
If necessary, you can change the detector parameters. The list of parameters is given in the table:

By default, the entire frame is the a detection area. In If necessary, in the preview window, you can specify the set one or more skip areas using the anchor points (see see Configuring a skip area). Objects aren't masked in —objects within these areas will not be masked.

To save the parameters of the detector, click the Apply button. To cancel the changes, click the Cancel button.
Configuration of the Track masking is masking detector is complete.
