Submit a request as follows:

  1. Sign in Login to JIRA
  2. Click Create Issue button located in top-right corner
  3. Select SUPPORT project
  4. Click Create Issue

  6. Select a suitable topic from the list below the search bar. If there is no matching topic, click Create a request if the topic is not in the list.

  7. Fill out the form (all fields are required except those marked as "optional"):Fill in the form (fields marked with * – are obligatory)
    • Summary – shortly describe you question.
    • Configuration Id – put license identification type (Guardant dongle, HID, etc)
    • Product – select product in question
    • Customer Type – specify your relationship with us
    • Component/s – choose Uknown or choose components in question.
    • Environment – describe OS, product versions, hardware models, firmware versions of installation
    • Description – type more detailed description
    • Country – select the country you are in.
    • Phone number – enter your contact phone number.
    • Product – select the software you are using.
    • Description – describe your question in detail.
    • Attachment – click the Browse button, select a Attachment – clicking Browse button, select support-file, screenshot or other file you want to attach (up to 3 files, max 50MBmaximum file size 150 MB).
    • Colleagues – if necessary, add people who have an account at https://support.axxonsoft.com to the request.
  8. Click Create
