- Login to JIRA
- Click Create Issue button located in top-right corner
- Select SUPPORT project
- Click Create Issue
- Fill in the form (fields marked with * – are obligatory)
- Summary – shortly describe you question
- Configuration Id – put license identification type (Guardant dongle, HID, etc)
- Product – select product in question
- Customer Type – specify your relationship with us
- Component/s – choose Uknown or choose components in question.
- Environment – describe OS, product versions, hardware models, firmware versions of installation
- Description – type more detailed description
- Attachment – clicking Browse button, select support-file, screenshot or other file you want to attach (up to 3 files, max 50MB).
- Click Create
- You're done.
Any response regarding created request will be sent to e-mail address used for registration.
