Submit a request as follows:

1. Sign in Loginto JIRA
2. Click Create Issue
3. .
4. Select a suitable topic from the list below the search bar. If there is no matching topic, click Create a request if the topic is not in the list.

5. Fill out Fill in the form (all fields marked with * – are obligatoryare required except those marked as "optional"):)
   
   • Summary – shortly describe you question.
   • Phone number 
   • Country – select the country you are in.
   • Phone number – enter your contact phone number.
   • Product – select the software Product - select the product you are using.
   • Description – type more detailed descriptiondescribe your question in detail.
   • Attachment – click the Browse button, select a Attachment – clicking Browse button, select information package (support_<date>.7z archive), screenshot or other file you want to attach (max 150MB per file).
6. Click Create

• You're done.
