When you update to Axxon One 2.0.14, you must also update AxxonData to version 3.22.1. If you continue using previous versions of AxxonData, you won't be able to generate reports.

Updating from previous versions

To update from from previous versions, run the installer for the new version and select the existing configuration during the installation. Uninstalling the previous version is not required.
