Important

When you update to Axxon One 2.0.14, you must also update AxxonData to version 3.22.1. If you continue using previous versions of AxxonData, you won't be able to generate reports. 

Improvements and Fixes

Implemented significant changes to ensure consistent and reliable archive retention when you use the object storage backend. This release resolves an issue where a specific configuration of the Depth, days setting (for the entire archive or individual cameras) could compromise data integrity.

Action required: Users employing object storage are strongly recommended to update to Axxon One 2.0.14 to benefit from these stability improvements.

Video and audio analytics

The release includes the DetectorPack 3.14.1 detector package (see DetectorPack 3.14.1 Release Notes).

Axxon One distribution package includes only the basic detectors. It includes the following video and audio detectors:

    2. Object tracker (without Neural filter).
    3. Video clarity detector.
    4. Audio loss detector.
    5. Noise detector.
    6. Signal detector.
    7. Queue detector.
    8. Visitors counter.

IP device support

The release includes the Drivers Pack 3.86 drivers package of IP devices (see Release Notes Drivers Pack 3.86).

Distribution package and licensing

The Axxon One distribution package includes both the client and server components and is available for Windows and Linux operating systems only for the x64 architecture. For the full list of supported operating systems, see Operating system requirements. Differences in functionality between Axxon One running on Linux OS and Windows OS are listed on this page.

The total number of servers and clients in the system is unlimited.

Axxon One has six license types: Demo has limited operating hours, Free, and four types of paid licenses (Start, Professional, Enterprise, and Unified). Data on all the types of Axxon One licenses is given on this page.

Free version supports one server, four video streams, an unlimited archive, and an unlimited number of clients.

Updating from previous versions

To update from previous versions, run the installer for the new version and select the existing configuration during the installation. Uninstalling the previous version is not required.
