New Features and Improvements

1. Improved Archive Search interface object. The video request dialog now includes "Export to AVI" parameter. This parameter allows to select video format and codec for the exported video:
   • Not Used: video is exported as an archive containing directories and files from the VIDEO folder.
   • Source Format: video is exported into .AVI file without being transcoded.
   • Xvid: video is exported into Xvid-coded .AVI file.
   • DivX: video is exported into DivX-coded .AVI file.
   • X264: video is exported into X264-coded .AVI file.
     In ATM Intellect Pro, re-coded video is exported using the AviExport.run module. You have to install AviExport.run module version 4.10.5.3776 or higher, and the codecs you plan to use for exporting videos. In ATM Intellect Pro versions lower than 11.0.1520, "Export to AVI" parameter is forced to "Not Used" value. Image Removed
2. A dedicated "Export to AVI" setting is introduced to attach short videos to alarm events. Image Removed
3. Additional workplace configuration tool now includes "AVI-files Player" setting. Image Removed
4. To establish failover, you can now backup all data transferred from ATM Intellect Pro to the ATM Intellect backup workstation. Image Removed
5. The ATM Events Interceptor module is now capable to capture the client's payment card number from the ATM's event log (via ARTRA Advance NDC software), instead of requiring its insertion in a card reader. Image Removed
6. Improved ATM Monitoring Reports interface object. You can now set "Show Comment" parameter for System Failures and Alarms report types. Check this option to display the comment entered by operator into the "Reaction to Alarm" window during the alarm confirmation. Image Removed
7. Introduced new ordering of events in "Reaction to Alarm" and "Event Log" windows. By default, events are now ordered by time of occurring: newer events are displayed at the top of the list. Image Removed
8. Improved Archive Search interface object. The Object Selection window now includes "Fast Search" area where you can enter an ID or name of an object of interest. Image Removed
9. In the context menu, now you can choose to play live and recorded video from sites and facilities. To bring on screen all camera videos from the specified site or facility, select All Cameras of Surveillance Object from the context menu. Out of all cameras created in ATM Intellect Pro, only cameras specified in surveillance object settings will be displayed. Image Removed
10. You can now restrict operator's access to camera menu positions, CamMonitor buttons and HID controls. Image Removed
11. Log Panel can now be displayed in a light color scheme. Image Removed
12. Added an option to set a path to a folder where videos are exported to from the live/recorded footage viewing tile. Image Removed
13. For an ATM Monitoring interface object, you can now set "Video Stream Speed, FPS" parameter not only for live video but also for recorded footage. This requires CamMonitor component's version no less than 4.11.0.1766. Image Removed
14. Added a new object visualization mode in Control Panel and Owners Panel. If the time since last DB update exceeds 30 minutes, all objects in Control Panel and Owners Panel become diagonally hatched. This is a visual indication of a potential issue with database updates. Image Removed

Bug Fixes

1. Introduced a full-fledged system configuration in a distributed configuration. Now you can create and configure ATM Intellect objects on other computers from one computer Image Added
2. Added two new alarm groups in the ATM Monitoring interface object settings - "Extra 1" and "Extra 2". Alarm group "Extra 1" replaced the previously existing "Temperature sensors" group. The names of these alarm groups can be edited Image Added
3. Improved the ATM Monitoring interface object. Objects on the Control panel and Owner panel can now be scaled Image Added
4. Improved the ATM Monitoring Reports interface object. Added new group of reports "Operator actions". This group includes the following reports: Image Added
   • Accepted alarms
   • Build reports
   • Search in archive
   • Other operator actions
5. The "System failures" and "Alarms" reports can now be generated using a script Image Added
6. Improved the algorithm for generating the "Archive size too small" alarm Image Added
7. In the distributed configuration, it is now possible to make audio calls between the ATM Intellect Operator's Workstation and the ATM Intellect Pro operators from the ATM Monitoring interface object. The calls are made using the SIP-terminal object without using physical SIP-devices Image Added
8. Now ATM Intellect Pro is automatically added to the ATM Intellect Operator's Workstation settings at the first connection Image Added
9. The ATM Intellect Operator's Workstation now receives the information about the Intellect version and the total RAM size on ATM Intellect Pro. You can view this information in the "Show detailed information" window Image Added
10. Improved the ATM Monitoring interface object. The statistics for cameras (total / OK / faulty) are displayed both for the entire system and for each ATM Intellect Pro separately Image Added
11. Increased the number of Surveillance Objects subordinate to ATM Intellect Pro to 255 Image Added

Bug Fixes

1. Fixed an issue of ATM Intellect Pro not recognizing the Guardant hardware dongle
2. Fixed an issue with displaying duplicate entries in crash reports
3. A number of minor bugs fixed
4. Fixed an issue of non-displaying the number of cameras for an object in the Log Panel. This issue occurred if the video export path was set to a disconnected network disk.
5. Fixed an issue with resuming video downloads.
6. Fixed a bug that led to incorrect download status display in "Search in Archive" interface object.
7. Fixed a bug that caused jittering of the Log Panel while scrolling horizontally with less than 8 columns visible.
8. Fixed a bug that prevented changed IP address of ATM Intellect Pro from being recorded into the database at the ATM Intellect Operator's Workstation.
9. A number of minor bugs fixed.
10. Some fixes and improvements in the documentation.
