General settings of export consist of:

   Export period. It is specified in the Period Export period from and to fields. When you start the utility is launched, the period is set depending on the initial conditions described in the table:

   Copying of the Axxon Player Portable to the export folder is set in the Player radio  radio button group:

   This setting is only available in the extended mode of the Export box window. Click the >> button in the bottom right corner to display itview the setting. If it is not displayed in the extended mode, set 1 for the AviShowPlayerSection key of the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AxxonSoft\AxxonPSIM\Video\AviExport registry (see Registry keys reference guide).

   1. If you select No player the switch is set to the no player position, then only archive files in the specified format will be are exported.
   2. If the switch is set to the copy player positionyou select Copy player, then AxxonPsim_player_portable.exe file along with archive files will be are stored to in the folder. The file includes a portable version of Axxon Player. Information on how to work with this utility is given in the section The Axxon Player AxxonPSIM player utility for viewing and converting the video archive.
   3. If the switch is set to the export you select Export to exe-file position, then the archive will be is exported to exe an EXE file that can be played back without Axxon PSIM or Axxon Player AxxonPSIM player installed. If required, it is possible to set a password to open the exported exe-EXE file, which you will need to enter every time you start it. For thisTo set a password, do the following:
      1. Click the Configure… button Configure... button. The Configure export Export to exe box appearssetup window opens.

      2. Set the Set password (1) checkbox Specify password checkbox.
      3. Specify Enter the password (2) and confirm it (3)in the corresponding fields.
      4. By default, all specified password characters are masked. If you want these characters are to be showndisplayed, then set the Show password (4) checkbox checkbox.
      5. Click the OK button.

         The export of more than 10 streams to the EXE file works as follows: For example, you export the following set of streams: 11 different cameras (camera numbers 1–11), where one video stream and two caption streams (

      5).

Once the streams are divided into groups based on the camera, the stream groups are added into a file as long as the file has space for them (the file includes only 10 streams). In total, there are nine streams in the 2-PSIMExport 2025-02-24 11-55-37_279 [1m5s].exe file. File 3: video stream from camera 7 + two caption streams from camera 7, video stream from camera 8 + two caption streams from camera 8, video stream from camera 9 + two caption streams from camera 9. In total, there are nine streams in the 3-PSIMExport 2025-02-24 11-55-37_279 [1m5s].exe file. File 4: video stream from camera 10 + two caption streams from camera 10, video stream from camera 11 + audio stream from camera 11 + two caption streams from camera 11. In total, there are seven streams in the 4-PSIMExport 2025-02-24 11-55-37_279 [1m5s].exe file.

   If you set the Video and captions only checkbox, only video and captions are exported without audio (by default, the checkbox is clear). When you export again, this setting is kept.

   You can enter a comment in the Comment field. When exporting, A comment is written in the Comment field; it is saved in the “Camera_<camera id>.txt” text file in the folder specified for storingwriting.

Disk space required for saving specified period of archive is automatically calculated while period changing.

General export settings are completeIf there is not enough disk space to save exported files, the Start button becomes inactive and the "It is not enough free disk space" message is displaying at the bottom of the window.
