To configure create the Exit From Areafrom area detector, do the following:
- Create the required detection tool
- detector and specify its parameters ( see
- see Configuring detection tools
- detectors and their sub- tools
- detectors).
- Below the created detection tool
- detector, click
- click Create… → Exit From Area
- from area.
By default, the detection tool detector is enabled and triggers set to generate events when an object leaves the detection area.
If necessary, you can change the detection tool detector parameters. The list of parameters is given in the table:
Parameter | Value | Description | |||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Other | |||||||
Enable | Yes | The detection tool detector is enabled by default. To disable the detection tooldetector, select the the No value value | |||||
No | |||||||
Name | Exit From Areafrom area | Enter the detection tool detector name or leave the default name | |||||
Type | Exit From Areafrom area | Name of the detection tool detector type (non-editable field) | |||||
Advanced settings | |||||||
X-axis offset | 15 | Specify the X-axis and Y-axis offsets as a percentage of the track area to set receive events from the specified area of the detection tool triggering. The values must be in the range range [1, 40] | |||||
Y-axis offset | 10 | ||||||
Basic settings | |||||||
Event hold time (sec) | 2 |
This is the time period during which the detection tool detector waits for the next objects after the first object in the group is detected. If the specified number of objects (specified in the the Number of alarm objects parameter parameter) are detected within this time period, the detection tool triggersdetector generates an event. If no additional objects are detected within the specified time period, the detection tool detector doesn't triggergenerate an event. | |||||
Maximum object height | 100 | Specify the maximum object height as a percentage of the frame size for the detection tool to triggerdetector to generate an event. The value must be in the range [0.05, 100]
| |||||
Maximum object speed | 500 | Specify the maximum object speed per second for the detection tool to triggerdetector to generate an event. The value must be in the range [0, 500]
| |||||
Maximum object width | 100 | Specify the maximum object width as a percentage of the frame size for the detection tool to triggerdetector to generate an event. The value must be in the range [0.05, 100]
| |||||
Minimum object height | 0.1 | Specify the minimum object height as a percentage of the frame size for the detection tool to triggerdetector to generate an event. The value must be in the range [0.05, 100]
| |||||
Minimum object speed | 0 | Specify the minimum object speed per second for the detection tool to triggerdetector to generate an event. The value must be in the range [0, 500]
| |||||
Minimum object width | 0.1 | Specify the minimum object width as a percentage of the frame size for the detection tool to triggerdetector to generate an event. The value must be in the range [0.05, 100]
| |||||
Number of alarm objects | 2 |
This number determines the minimum number of objects that are considered a group and can cause the detection tool triggering. generate an event. | |||||
Object class | All classes | Select the object class that must trigger the detection toolgenerate an event. The default value is is All classes
| |||||
Vehicle | |||||||
Person | |||||||
Trigger on group of objects | Yes | The parameter is disabled by default. If you want the detection tool to trigger detector to generate an event only for a group of objects, select the Yes value
| |||||
No |
By default, the entire frame is the a detection area. In If necessary, in the preview window, you can specify can reduce the detection areas using the anchor points (see Configuring the Detection Zonearea (see Configuring a detection area) and/or set one or more skip areas (see Configuring a skip area).
