Note.

The process of selecting the emitter-country of vehicles' LP numbers when the Auto-Uragan, VIT, AxxonSoft and CARMEN-parking modules are in use is described in this section. This process for the CARMEN-Auto module is described in the Selecting the plates' identifying mode by the CARMEN-Auto module section. This process for the AxxonSoft module is described in the Selecting the plates' identifying mode by the AxxonSoft module section. This process for the CARMEN-parking module is described in the Selecting the plates' identifying mode by the CARMEN-parking module section.

 LPR channel with active Auto-Uragan module identifies vehicles' license plates of the following countries:

  1. Austria;
  2. Azerbaijan;
  3. Argentina;
  4. Belarus;
  5. Belgium;
  6. Bulgaria;
  7. Bosnia and Herzegovina;
  8. Hungary;
  9. Germany;
  10. Holland;
  11. Spain;
  12. Italy;
  13. Kazakstan;
  14. Kyrgyzstan;
  15. Latvia;
  16. Lithuania;
  17. Luxembourg;
  18. Moldavia;
  19. Poland;
  20. Russia;
  21. USSR;
  22. Slovakia;
  23. Slovenia;
  24. Tadjikistan;
  25. Uzbekistan;
  26. Ukraine;
  27. Finland;
  28. France;
  29. Croatia;
  30. Czech Republic;
  31. Switzerland;
  32. Sweden;
  33. Estonia.

While setting the LPR channel with Auto-Uragan active module it is necessary to state a specific country to be able to identify the plates belonging to that country. This setting specifies the format of the license plates to be used in the recognition process.

Note.

The plates of the selected country will be recognized with maximum probability. The plates which do not fit the plate format of the selected country will still be recognized, although with lesser probability.

Attention!

Ask the manager of AxxonSoft company about the possibility to recognize special licence plates (e.g. two-lanes, motorcycles' LP, special vehicles'LP) for each country.

LPR channel with active VIT module identifies vehicles' license plates of the following countries:

  1. Ukraine;
  2. Russia;
  3. USSR;
  4. Bulgaria;
  5. Columbia;
  6. Belarus;
  7. Mexico;
  8. Italy;
  9. Finland;
  10. Kazakstan;
  11. Moldovan Transdniestrian Republic;
  12. Ossetia;
  13. Uzbekistan;
  14. Turkey;
  15. Taiwan.

Note.

The list of permitted countries is specified in the Hasp licensing key.

 To select the country, do the following:

  1. In the System Settings dialog window, open the Hardware tab.
  2. In the object tree on the left side of the Hardware tab, select the LPR channel object representing the Auto-Uragan module. The settings panel of the selected object will open on the right side of the window (see Activating the program module, used for identifying the plates section).

  3. Select the country in the Country drop-down list (3).

    Note.

    To select a state, that is a part of CIS countries or Baltic States, select CIS value.

    Note.

    If the CARMEN-Auto module is activated, Country list is used for selecting the plates identifying mode: slow or rapid.

    Note.

    If the VIT module is activated but there is no Hasp key, all countries supported by module are available in the list and plates recognizing is not performed.

    Note.

    It is possible to change the list of plate patterns which are to be recognized at country selecting after the update of Auto-Intellect hardware protection key firmware (see PatCgfr.exe utility for active patterns configuration section).

  4. Click Apply (4).

The selection of emitter-state is completed.
