Load image to the face database

To load image to the face database click the  button and click the Upload image button in the opened window.

There are following ways to load images:

1. From file.
   In the opened dialog window specify path and name of file with loaded image and click the Open button.
   
   Supported image formats for loading: JPG, JPEG, JPE, JFIF, PNG, GIF, BMP.
   Data for the created person may be generated automatically: the values of the Surname, First name and Patronymic fields are taken from the name of the loaded file. Dot or underscore can be used as a separator.

   Example.

   File name should be in the following format:

   %surmname%.%name%.%patronymic%.%department%.%any string, it will be ignored fhile person creation%.png

   or

   %surmname%_%name%_%patronymic%_%department%_%any string, it will be ignored fhile person creation%.png

   
   

2. From video archive.
   Process of loading image to the face database from video archive is the same as loading image from video archive for search (see the Capturing image from video archive section).

3. From folder.
   In the opened dialog window select the folder with required images and click the OK button. 
   

   Note

   When adding images from a folder, it is possible to automatically move unprocessed images (face was not recognized, bad image quality, etc.) to a certain folder. For this specify the folder path in the config file.
