The Support interface description

Support.exe utility interface includes the following elements:

1. Short directions for using the Support.exe (1).
2. A group of settings for specifying data set collection time period and deleting dump and log-files after collecting the data set (2).
3. Process button to run the process of gathering information (3).
4. Filed of displaying the information (4).
5. Tale of displaying the process of gathering information, it includes two columns Step ans Status. In the Step column there is displayed short characteristic of undergoing process while the information is being gathered. In the Status column there is displayed process-bar and time, spent on information  gathering (5).

To close the Support.exe utility, click the Close button ().
