Authorized keys assignment to user is performed by Access Manager module. Before keys assignment one should create the required users - see the Access Manager Module Settings and Operation Guide document.  

Keys assignment is performed in the following way:

  1. Run the Access Manager Module.
  2. Create an Access level object (1) by one of the ways described in the Module documentation.
  3. Enter the Access Level name in the Name field (2).
  4. Select the key which is required to allow the user access from the drop-down list in the Access point drop-down list (3).
  5. Select any value from the Time zone drop-down list (4).
  6. Repeat steps 4-5 for all required user fingerprints.
  7. Click Save (5).
  8. Go to the Editing User panel of the employee, for whom the authorized keys need to be assigned.
  9. Assign the created Access Level to the employee as the main or optional Access Level.

The keys, which are added to the Access Level, will be displayed in the list of available keys when keys are issued to the user (see Keys issuance). All other keys available in the ACFA Intellect hardware tree will be displayed in the list of unavailable keys for user.

The authorized keys assignment to user is complete.
