To configure the filter of events which are to be received by Web-server 2.0 module do the following:
- Go to the settings panel of Web-server 2.0 object.
In the User permissions drop-down list, select the User permissions object for which you want to configure the events filter (1). Events that match the filter will be sent only to clients on which users with the selected permissions are connected. Different filters can be configured for different user permissions.
Note.
User permissions objects are created and configured on the Users tab of the System settings dialog box (see the section Rights administration).
Attention!
Only users added to the selected permissions will have access to the Web-server 2.0
In the Object type drop-down list, select the type of object from which you want to send events (2).
Note.
The Object type list contains only the object types that are included in the user's current permissions. If user permissions have not been selected, the list of object types is empty.
- From the Name drop-down list select the name of object of specified type from which the events are to be sended, if it is needed (3).
- From the Event drop-down list select the type of event coming from objects of specified type which is to be sended (4).
If you want to authorize sending push notifications about events of the selected type to the mobile client, select the Push notifications check box (5). For push notifications to function, it is necessary for the iOS client to have connected to the Server at least once. This enables the Server to get user account information and the ID of the device to which push notifications are to be sent. The device must also have an active Internet connection.
Note.
If sending of push notifications is disabled and the client is not connected to the Server, notifications are not sent anywhere when a relevant event occurs.
Repeat steps 2 – 6 for all required objects and events.
- Click the Apply button to save settings in the Intellect software (4).
Configuration of the event filter for the Web-server 2.0 module is completed.
