The Web Client operates correctly with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge browsers. 

Note

Since no 3rd party technologies are used in the Web Client, it may operate with other browsers; in this case, we cannot guarantee its stable operation.


Attention!

No support for Safari is provided in the current version.

Note

Due to Internet Explorer 11 browser limitations, you cannot launch more than 5 web client sessions in MS Windows 10. After that, you need to relaunch the browser.

To monitor 16 FullHD* camera videos on a single browser tab, you need at least an Intel Core i3 CPU and 1Gb of RAM.

* conditions are:

  • dual stream cameras, 
  • each stream's frame rate is 25 FPS, 
  • the second stream's resolution is 360p,

  • if the layout includes more than one camera, the browser shows streams with lower bitrates.

  • No labels
