The SIP-panel interface object is used to work with SIP-devices in Intellect. For details about configuring these devices, see Configuring SIP-devices.
The SIP-panel is configured as follows:
- Create a SIP-panel object based on the Display object on the Interfaces tab of the System Settings dialog box.
- Set the coordinates of the upper left corner of the interface window in the X and Y fields (1).
- Set the width and height of the interface window in the W and H fields (2).
- From the Monitor drop-down list (3), select the computer monitor on which the interface window will be displayed.
- From the Terminal drop-down list (4), select the SIP-terminal object which SIP-devices use the SIP-panel.
- From the Monitor drop-down list (5), select the Monitor object corresponding to the Video Surveillance Monitor to which the video cameras associated with the corresponding SIP-devices are added. For details, see Selecting and configuring video cameras.
- If it is necessary to display the SIP-panel only during a call, set the Display only when calling checkbox (6).
- If new calls should be added to the end of the list on the SIP panel, select the New calls to the end check box (7). By default, new calls are added to the top of the list.
- To turn off sound when pressing keys on the SIP panel, select the Disable keypress sound check box (8).
- To show the screen with the SIP panel when making a call, set the Maximize screen on call check box (9). If this check box is not set, there is a chance to miss a call to the SIP panel when the corresponding screen is hidden.
- Set the checkboxes for the elements that should be displayed in the SIP-panel interface (10).
- Click Apply (11).
Note.
- Operator microphone, speaker and camera should also be selected on the Computer object settings panel for the SIP-panel operation – see Selecting speaker, microphone and camera for SIP operator.
- By default, the SIP-device will be disconnected end if during a call you hide or change the screen with the SIP-panel. To prevent this, set the 1 value for the NotEndCallWhenDeactivate registry key (for details, see Registry keys reference guide).
The SIP-panel is configured.
