SIP-operators of the Intellect server correspond to the Intellect users. Operators are assigned their own identification number for calls, the device and operator numbers, and the special numbers to which they have access.

SIP-operators are configured as follows:

  1. Create a SIP operator object based on the SIP-terminal object (1). The settings panel of the created object will be displayed in the right part of the System Settings dialog box.
  2. In the Ringing number field (2), enter the operator identification number.
  3. From the User drop-down list (3), select the corresponding Intellect user (for the details on creating and configuring the users, see Configuration of users and permissions).
  4. In the Address book table, in the use column (4), mark those devices, operators and special numbers that should be available in the SIP panel address book of this operator.
  5. Click Apply (5).

The SIP-operators on the Intellect SIP-server are configured.
