The SIP-panel interface object is used to work with SIP-devices in Intellect. For details about configuring these devices, see Configuring SIP-terminal.

Operator microphone, speaker and camera should also be selected on the Computer object settings panel for the SIP-panel operation – see Selecting speaker, microphone and camera for SIP-operator.

Note.

By default, the SIP-device will be disconnected if during a call you hide or change the screen with the SIP-panel. To prevent this, set the 1 value for the NotEndCallWhenDeactivate registry key (for details, see Registry keys reference guide).
