INTELLECT™ software is offered as a software installation package (distribution package) on a compact disk.
The distribution disk (software bundle) contains all software components necessary for the installation of INTELLECT™ software on the base PC.
The software is made operable with the intellect.sec key file. The key file is a part of the software bundle and can be found in the Key folder on the CD. The key file defines the configuration of the INTELLECT™ software delivery package.
Note.
If there is no key file INTELLECT™ software will operate in demo mode within two month from the intellect.exe file creation date, from 8 a.m till 12 midnight.
To install and configure INTELLECT™ software, administrator rights are required.
The description of the main components of the Intellect installation package is given in the table below:

| Drivers | The folder containing the drivers for the Intellect-integrated video capture cards, sensors/relays, USB WatchDog hardware performance monitoring devices |
| ipint.driverpack | The folder containing the drivers package installation kits (x32 and x64) for the Intellect-integrated IP devices - IP Drivers Pack |
| Key | The folder containing the license key file. If the installation kit was downloaded from the official AxxonSoft website rather than received on a disk, then this folder is empty. |
| languages | The folder containing the language packs for installation. By default, it contains only the Setup folder with the English (en) and Russian (ru) language packs in the corresponding folders. If the folder with the language pack is deleted, the correspondong language will not be available for the installer. Other language packs downloaded from the official AxxonSoft website can be added to the languages folder in order to install the Intellect in the required language - for details, see Installation of INTELLECT™ software as a Server/Administrator's workplace |
| Redist | The folder containing the installation kits of the prerequisites required for the Intellect operation - for details, see Using the Product.msi and Redist.exe for INTELLECT™ software installation |
| Product.msi | The installation file for installing the Intellect without additional components (drivers, prerequisites, etc.) - for details, see Using the Product.msi and Redist.exe for INTELLECT™ software installation |
| Redist.exe | The installation file for installing the additional components required for the Intellect operation (drivers, prerequisites, etc.) - for details, see Using the Product.msi and Redist.exe for INTELLECT™ software installation |
| setup.exe | The executable file to run the full installation of the Intellect with all the necessary drivers, prerequisites, etc. |
