In Axxon Next, decoding with both Intel QSV and NVDEC is possible.

In this case, NVIDIA devices are the first  to take up the  decoding job. Then, if they max out,  Intel QSV takes over and offloads NVIDIA's chip.

For simultaneous decoding, you have to configure it on both Intel Quick Sync Video (see Akceleracja sprzętowa dekodowania Intel Quick Sync Video) and Nvidia's NVDEC chips (see Akceleracja sprzętowa dekodowania chipami NVIDIA NVDEC).
