The Incident manager interface module is intended for:

  • incident handling by the operator according to a pre-configured script;
  • automatic execution of macros that are triggered by certain operator actions;
  • generating a report on the incident and operator's actions.

The Incident manager interface module is configured in the following order:

  • No labels
