When configuring the Operator protocol, it is possible to set a checklist of the actions that the operator must perform when processing an event. For that, enter the description of the actions that the operator must perform before assigning the status to an event in the Checklist table. These actions will be displayed in a special field in the Operator Protocol interface, and the Operator will be able to mark their completion.
