카메라가 제조사 프로토콜로 연동된 경우에는 문서 상 기재된 내용과 실제 카메라의 모델 및 펌웨어 버전이 동일한지 확인하세요.
Axxon Next에 연동된 카메라인지의 여부는 어떻게 확인하나요?
카메라가 ONVIF로 연동된 경우라면,
1. ONVIF Device Manager로 연결을 확인하세요.
2. 카메라와 서버의 시간을 동기화합니다.
3. 카메라에 ONVIF 옵션이 있는 경우 활성화하세요.
If the camera is connected through the RTSP protocol, check the connection in the VLC Media Player.
Check the network. The firewall, antivirus, SmartScreen, UAC and other software can use the port you want for connecting to the camera.
Make sure that Axxon Next license file allows the sufficient number of video channels. If channels are not enough, please contact your AxxonSoft manager to request the new license file.
