Moving from one area to another detection tool configuration

The Moving from one area to another detection tool is a VMDA detection tool that triggers when the object of a specified type moves from one area to another.

To configure Moving from one area to another detection, do the following:

1. Configure the Motion in the Area detection, do not select the detection tool type – see Motion in the Area detection tool configuration.
2. Add the second area similar to the first. The ability to select the type of Motion in the Area detection tool for the first area is disabled when the second area is added. The second area is not configurable.
   
   

   Note

   Only two areas can be added. If two areas are added, when you try to add a third area (by clicking the Add area button), the previous two areas will be deleted. 

   
   
3. Click the Apply button.

The Moving from one area to another detection tool will trigger on transition of any object of the selected type from the first area to the second one.

The configuration of the Moving from one area to another detection tool is now complete.
