You can move users, domains and groups using drag-and-drop.
Users can be moved only between the user groups, domains − only between the domain groups. A user/domain group can be moved into another user/domain group. The group will be moved along with all objects inside it.
To move a user, domain or group, it is necessary to grab the object in the central part of the screen by the 
icon and move it to the required group in the tree.
