Previous page Selecting viewing mode for videos from a fisheye camera  180 degree Panorama Next page

By default, video from fisheye cameras is displayed in the Surveillance window as a 360о panorama.

Note

This display format is only available in the Live and Archive modes.

When digital zoom is applied to video (see Digital video zoom) by one scale bar or more, it switches to the virtual PTZ mode.

The following actions are available when viewing video in this mode:

  1. Point & Click functionality (see Control using Point&Click).
  2. Change the angle of view of the fisheye camera by left-clicking in the Surrveillance window.

In both viewing modes, all standard video surveillance functions are available for the fisheye camera.

When using a dual lens camera, the default viewing mode is set to two 180° views.

When you zoom in on one of the images, both views are merged into a single panoramic view.
