This starts recording and an alarm.

Most of the parameters are from the Record to archive command settings (see Record to archive). Other than that, there are following settings:

  1. Select Alarm mode (1, always or only when there are no other active alarms for the camera).

  2. Selecting a camera or group of cameras (2).  An implicit selection of a video camera is also allowed – Camera that initiated command execution.

    Attention!

If the start of the macro was triggered by the activation of input or output (see Configuring filters for event-driven macros) that is not connected to any camera, you need to select a specific camera here. If you select a group of cameras or a camera that triggered the command, the action will not start.

  3. If you selected a group of cameras or an Axxon-domain at the previous step, you can select the Random (3) checkbox to initiate an alarm on a random camera from this group/domain.

  4. Select an archive to write to (4).
  5. In the Alarm flag position field, enter the number of seconds by which the alarm flag will be shifted back from the event time that started the macro (5).

    Note

If the alarm flag position is set, the event footage plays from the moment corresponding to the flag's position, and not from the alarm start.

  6. If necessary, configure one or more response scenarios (6). A response scenario automatically triggers the selected macro to start upon the specified alarm status.
    The following statuses are available:

    • Alarm initiated. In this case, the reaction follows immediately after the alarm is triggered.

    • Alarm being processed by user. Here, the reaction will follow after the operator accepts the alarm for processing.

    • Alarm skipped. In this case, the reaction launches when the user missed the alarm or skipped its classification.

    • Alarm processed. Here, the reaction launches when the alarm is classified with any status.

    • Alarm processed – confirmed alarm. Here, the reaction launches when the alarm is classified with the Confirmed status.

    • Alarm processed – suspicious situation. Here, the reaction launches when the alarm is classified with the Suspicious status.

    • The alarm has been processed – a false alarm. Here, the reaction launches when the alarm is classified with the False status.
