Update

When working with the Failover system, it is recommended to update the Servers through a supervisor (see 클러스터 내 서버 업그레이드).

Before you start updating, do the following:

• back up your configuration (see 백업 및 복원 유틸리티);
• stop the Server (see 서버 종료) or, in case of Failover system, the NGP_Supervisor service. If you run multiple Servers in the Axxon-domain, make sure to stop them all. 

To update, do the following:

1. Run the new build installer. You do not need to remove the previous build.

2. Install the build using the previous settings, existing configuration and database. The procedure is the same as for a new installation (see 설치).
   

   Attention!

   In Axxon One 2.0 and newer, there are no restrictions on database location. To reduce the load on the system disk, it is recommended to store the metadata database and the log database on a separate hard disk.
