드라이버 팩 설치 오류

어떤 경우에는 드라이버 팩을 설치하는 동안 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다.

Universal C Runtime이 설치되지 않았기 때문에 설치에 실패했습니다. Windows Update를 실행하고 필요한 모든 Windows 업데이트(KB2999226)를 설치하세요. 여기에서 UCRT를 별도로 다운로드할 수 있습니다: 'https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2999226'.

이 문제는 Windows 업데이트 KB2999226을 설치하면 해결될 수 있습니다.

Window 10 OS 설치 오류

Windows 10.0.17763 이상에 Axxon One을 설치하면 복구 아카이브 만들기 오류 메시지가 표시될 수 있습니다.

Windows 11 OS 및 Windows Server 2019 OS 에서 Guardant 드라이버가 설치되면 서버 작업에서 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다. Guardant 드라이버를 설치하지 않는 것이 좋습니다. Guardant 드라이버 설치는 기본적으로 비활성화되어 있습니다.

Guardant 드라이버를 올바르게 설치하려면 운영 체제 에서 드라이버 디지털 서명 확인을 비활성화 하고, BIOS에서 보안 부팅을 비활성화해야 합니다.

Guardant 드라이버 호환성 문제

mpatibility issue may occur (grdkey.sys or grdusb.sys file error).

To fix the error, do as follows:

  1. Disable Memory integrity:
    1. Open Windows Security Center → Device security.
    2. In the Core isolation section, click the Core isolation information link.
    3. Set the Memory integrity switch to the inactive position.
    4. After you complete these steps, restart your computer to apply the changes.
  2. Disable Device Guard:
    1. Using the command line, run the gpedit.msc command to launch the Local Group Policy Editor.
    2. Go to Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → System → Device Guard → select Enable virtualization-based security on the right.
  3. After you disable these options, restart your computer and reinstall the current version of Guardant drivers.

Attention!

If you use modern Guardant keys (Sign/Sign Net/Time/Code), you can contact the developer of the protected application and request to switch the key to driverless mode (see the official Guardant documentation). In this case, it will not be necessary to install the Guardant Driver on your computer to work with the key.


An error occurred when installing on Windows with the language pack Norsk (bokmål)

Installing the Axxon One Server on Windows with the language pack Norsk (bokmål) is not possible due to incompatibility with PostgreSQL.

You must install Norsk Language Pack (nynorsk).

Error uninstalling Axxon One on systems with Videoinspector installed

In some cases, uninstalling Axxon One may be impossible if Videoinspector is used.

To correctly uninstall Axxon One, first uninstall Videoinspector.
