Only the cloud archive can be resized using the gRPC API methods.

where

access_point—archive id;
volume_id—volume id, received in response to a volume creation request (see 버전 1.9 Beta 및 이후 버전의 gRPC API 메서드를 사용하여 아카이브 생성하기);
new_size—new volume size in bytes.
