In Axxon PSIM, you can convert video from fisheye cameras in the video surveillance monitor as well as in all camera windows opened when viewing video through other interfaces, for instance, through the Event Viewer (refer to Event control via Event Viewer), when searching by captions (refer to Search in the captions database), and so on.
You can select the conversion type when adding a camera to the Monitor (see Selecting and configuring video cameras). To use this option, specify the lens type and fisheye camera position when configuring it in Axxon PSIM in the following way:
From the Lens type drop-down list, select:
Standard for standard fisheye lens.
If you use a camera with a panamorphic lens, then select its type in this drop-down list.
With some settings, there can be some artifacts at the top of the video for a standard fisheye lens. If there are such artifacts, then select the Autocalibration in this drop-down list.
Attention!
Configuring the fisheye camera is complete.
